Simple Flat Rate Pricing
I charge £160 for 60 minute sessions
(This rate is for self-funded or employer-funded sessions. Access to Work-funded sessions are priced separately to reflect additional admin and occasional bonus support. Rates are confirmed during the chemistry call.)
How often are sessions?
I start all new clients with weekly sessions. This helps build momentum, self-accountability, and trust in the process. Once you feel more confident, you can switch to ad hoc sessions if needed.
I do not begin new coaching relationships with less frequent sessions (e.g. fortnightly/monthly). In my experience, it can disrupt your progress and make it harder for you to create lasting change.
How many sessions do I need?
Most people book between 12 and 24 sessions (about 3-6 months of support). You can add extra sessions during your package if you wish.
I do not recommend fewer than 12 sessions. In my opinion, shorter coaching runs can create unrealistic expectations and unnecessary pressure for both of us. Whilst coaching is a short-term intervention, it is not a quick fix. Building new habits and strategies takes time, especially for the range of challenges most ADHDers bring to coaching.
If you want significant change but can only commit to a small number of sessions, I am probably not the right coach for you. I would also encourage caution with anyone who promises major results in a handful of sessions!
However, if you are open to investing in more sessions but want to try it first, you are welcome to book a few taster sessions before committing.
What if I can’t afford it?
I totally get it - for a lot of people the rates most trained ADHD coaches charge just aren’t accessible.
Whilst I am not currently able to offer sliding scale rates for my weekly sessions, I can suggest the following options:
Many of my clients apply for an Access to Work grant to cover the full cost of their sessions (click here to learn more).
I am happy to arrange an instalment plan that suits you, to help spread the cost.
If you have already completed a package of weekly coaching with me and are ready to switch to ad hoc, but cannot afford my standard rate for further sessions (e.g. if your funding grant ends or your finances change), I can offer you unlimited ad hoc sessions on a Pay-As-You-Feel basis with no minimum charge.
